La Liga returns

The penultimate round of La Liga matches take place this evening, and unfortunately for traders and fans of Spanish football they have decided that all 3 title challengers will play simultaneously.

So instead of a bonanza of 3 live matches back to back we have to make do with just the one live match.

Real Zaragoza host Real Madrid in what could be a title decider. If Madrid take the 3 points on offer they will almost be over the line - requiring just a home win in their final game of the season against Mallorca.

Zaragoza will be no pushover however, they have a good home record with only 2 defeats all season and could severly dent the hopes of Fabio Cappello's team.

Barcelona have a home match with local rivals Espanyol and look likely to maintain the pressure on Real Madrid with another home win.

Sevilla have also managed to keep themselves in the race and travel to Mallorca tonight for a must win match.

I will be looking more closely at these matches later this evening and will give my recommended trades.
