Bellamy, Alonso, Sissoko, Pennant, Hyppia and Reina are all established 1st team players and Gonzales and Fowler squad players - the fact that 7 of them played against Sheffield Utd in the 1st game of the season (a 1-1 draw incidently) seems to have passed unnoticed.
Fulham beat a full strength Liverpool side 2-o last season and who knows how they would have got on against a team that was physically and emotionally drained after a dramatic Champions League semi final win.
In case it has escaped the notice of Sky TV, Liverpool have an extremely strong squad, and it is Rafa Benitez job to deploy those resources effectively, something he has been a master of in Europe.
To suggest that Liverpool deliberately handed Fulham 3 points is slanderous, and an insult to both clubs.
