Saturday Trading Bonanza

A number of games to get my teeth into today, kicking off with the 1st of the Championship play off semi finals.

Southampton host Derby County at St Mary's, in what looks like a tough game to call.

Derby finished 9 points ahead of the Saints in the regular league campaign, but that counts for nothing today.

I have to be careful not to allow an in built hatred of Derby that has festered for the last 24 years to cloud my trading judgement.

In 1983 at the Baseball Ground, Derby hosted Fulham in the last game of the season in the old 2nd Division - This match was controversially never concluded after Derby fans invaded the pitch.

Fulham required a win to be promoted back into the top flight of English football but despite their protests the match was never replayed and the result, a 1-0 defeat, stood.

The result consigned Fulham to the worst period in the clubs history as they broke up a young and talented squad and eventually found themselves in the basement league struggling for survival.

I fancy some goals in this game, so will be getting involved in the over/under 2.5 goals market.

Will update later
